Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of oxxera.com (the "Site"), operated by Oxxera ("Oxxera", "we", "us"), based in Doha, Qatar. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site and our services

The Site describes the AI systems, automation and related services that Oxxera provides. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not an offer capable of acceptance. We provide services only under a separate written agreement, proposal or statement of work signed or accepted by both parties (an "Engagement Agreement"). If there is a conflict between these Terms and an Engagement Agreement, the Engagement Agreement prevails for the services it covers.

2. Using the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system;
  • introduce malware, or send automated requests that interfere with the Site's operation;
  • submit content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringes anyone else's rights;
  • scrape or copy the Site's content on a systematic basis without our written permission.

3. Enquiries and information you send us

When you contact us through the Site you must give accurate information and must have the right to share anything you send. Please do not send confidential client documents, personal identification numbers or credentials through the contact form. If we need to work with your files, we will agree a secure method and written confidentiality terms first. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, graphics, software and the Oxxera name and logo, is owned by Oxxera or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set out in the relevant Engagement Agreement.

5. About AI-generated output

The systems we build use machine learning and may produce results that are incomplete or wrong. Examples on the Site, including illustrative case studies, are provided to explain our approach. They are not guarantees of performance, savings or results, and the case studies are illustrative composites rather than named client results. Real results depend on your data, processes and the scope agreed in an Engagement Agreement.

6. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, accurate or up to date.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxxera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the State of Qatar, including liability for fraud or gross negligence. Liability for services is governed by the relevant Engagement Agreement.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or load resources from third parties, such as links to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during consultations is treated as confidential by both sides to the extent it is marked or would reasonably be understood to be confidential, until a separate confidentiality agreement or Engagement Agreement is in place. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the recipient or independently developed.

10. Changes to the Site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. The competent courts of Doha, Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site, unless an Engagement Agreement provides otherwise.
