How it works, honestly

What the tools do, what a person does, and what we do not claim.

We talk it through first

You tell us how the work runs today. We write it down in plain words and agree it with you before building.

Your team stays in charge

Oxxera does the counting and the cross-checking. A person confirms what it found, deals with anything flagged and signs off the result before it goes any further.

  1. The AI

Drawings, invoices, contracts and forms, from CAD-exported PDFs, scans and photos. Arabic documents are tested on your own samples in the pilot.

Every result ends in one of three states

  • Fully Verified

Every automatic check passed. A quality gate before a person releases the result, not a certificate.

  • Verified with Exceptions

A person looks at the flagged items and confirms them with a written note.

  • Needs Human Review

A check failed, for example a wrong printed scale. It stops and says why.

What we do not claim

  • It is not 100% accurate. No tool honestly is.
  • It does not replace your people: your estimators, engineers, accountants or administrators.
  • Demo rates and demo camera rules are placeholders. Live projects use your price book and the current official documents.
  • Real projects need your drawing and document conventions mapped first. That is what the pilot is for.

Bring what you already have

A drawing, a spreadsheet or a pile of emails is enough to start. No need to tidy it first.

Same drawing. A very different first hour

By hand

  • Every drawing read room by room, by eye
  • Rules applied from memory, not a checklist
  • Mistakes found late, after the cables are pulled

Hours of counting

With Oxxera

  • Plans read, measured and drafted into a BOQ for you to review
  • Every number calculated twice and compared
  • Anything uncertain flagged for a person, with the reason

A draft to review

The bars are illustrative and not to scale. Demo timing: our fictional eight-sheet civil drawing set is read in about ten seconds, and a CCTV floor plan reaches a draft BOQ in about half a minute. Real projects vary, and a person always reviews the result. We will time your own drawing before and after in a pilot.

Test results

30

test drawings, 9 building types

CCTV tests: 25 vector and 4 scanned plans, plus a wrong-scale sheet

camera counts matched a separately built answer key

All drawings are fictional demo drawings, not client projects. Results on your own drawings are measured in a pilot.

We do not publish rates. Scope drives everything, and a fair number needs a conversation first.
